  Hy dear manager ecclesall spar.sorry to say that my experienced was so bad, let me go in details. It was monday 18/july/2016 and the time was 5:33pm. I experienced to made a phone call on 0114 266 0469, phone rang, a lady answerd the phone call in very very bad manner, I requested her pls put me through to the certain person, ( i wish i could provide you her name because I forgot to ask who I spoken to) she lied to me the person u wana get hold on,still on leave but the fact was he or she was in, I mean he or she was on duty. I myself spoke to that person earlier.the reason being Im submitting my views how can u allow someone irresponsable to lie over the phone. Listen Im going to complain about your staff member to you head office, unless she ask for apologise. My gmail is [email protected] dear manager would you please find out whats going on.
