- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Why is that the security guard here at Bramall lane services so unprofessional. He accused me of stealing (presumably because I was in my work clothes, which are by nature scruffy). When it became obvious that I hadnt stolen anything, I have NEVER stolen anything in my life, he did not apologise but became arrogant, notchelant and rude. DO BP REALLY WANT PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORKING WITH THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS? I have spent hundreds of pounds in there over the years but I will not be returning until this man, this business liability is disciplined and transferred from the store or sacked. I should not be made to feel persecuted and in fear. I am a 40 year old woman and this young thug mascarading as a gentleman in his "big boy" uniform frightened me. I thought security were meant to make you feel safe. I feel like a victim of his overbearing prejudice and feel there is no place in our modern society for this kind of behaviour.
