  firstly, about a week before we planned to go i reserved a table for 20 people, Got there on the day and theyd given the table i reserved to another group, so we had to sit on two separate tables or all squash onto 1 then when i asked to move, they pretended they couldnt understand me. then they were all speaking in chinese so we couldnt understand them and started pointing at us, which was very rude. The quality and variety of food has declined considerably, since we last went and the food was cold, and really not worth 11 pounds. The drinks were very highly priced, 2.4o for a pint of coke. They said they accepted student cards but when i showed them mine they said they didnt accept them sort of ones, but it was a standard student card which i could not understand!Then a friend came with us wasnt very well. she paid her money then went straight upstaris to the toilet and was in there all night throwing up, she came down when we were leaving and thought it was reasonable to ask for her money back because shed not ate anything, to a student 11 pounds a lot of money to waste. But no they point blank refused. They all lied and said theyd saw her eating when they clearly hadnt because shed been in the toilet all night. After half an hour of arguing and two phone calls to the manager they still refused and we were forced to leave. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. THE FOOD IS CRAP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!
