- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Do not go here. The woman tried to overcharge a gentleman £70 on an already £300 bill until his companion questioned it. The male optometrist is a jobs worth and does not have a sound knowledge to help with any sight related symptoms. He also tried to tell me I needed new lenses just because my prescription had changed when the difference was so small it did not warrant it at all (I got a second opinion of my previous opticians).
They are just after money here, and they think customer service is about being polite and kind.. Its not helpful if they cant do their job properly.By sophie, December 08, 2017
