  Used Asda Options last year without a problem so my wife and brother-in-law also used them. My wifes glasses were given to someone else then there was a mix up with the glasses cases. My brother-in-laws glasses took ages to get. Ive since been back as my eyes have got worse. The gentleman that served me was efficient and I was dealt with quite well but thats where it ends. I waited a while for the glasses and rang them to see if they were ready and one pair was. Just before I set off to pick them up I was contacted and told they had the wrong prescription lens in them. Ive waited another week and given them a call and spoke to the rudest woman possible. I was told that there was one pair there and I shouldve waited to receive a text when both were ready. I explained what had happened and she didnt care less, I should have still waited! I was spoken to nastily and without any professionalism at all. When I do eventually get the glasses or should I say if I get them, Ill not be using Asda Opticians again. I suggest to everyone to GO ELSEWHERE
